Job description

As a Financial Administrator, you will be responsible for day-to-day financial and administrative tasks essential to keeping our operations running smoothly. You will work closely with colleagues across departments and contribute to a well-organized and accurate financial administration.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the improvement of administrative processes related to accounts receivable and accounts payable

  • Maintaining regular contact with customers and suppliers through email and phone communication.

  • Collaborate with other departments, such as Sales and Procurement, to ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial administration

  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements and internal policies related to financial processes

Requirements

  • Has full proficiency gained through job-related training and considerable work experience

  • Completes work with a limited degree of supervision

  • Likely to act as an informal resource for colleagues with less experience

  • Identifies key issues and patterns from partial or conflicting data

  • Takes a broad perspective to problems and identifies less obvious solutions

Qualifications

  • MBO or equivalent qualification in Finance, Administration, or a related field

  • 4-6 years of relevant work experience in a financial or administrative role

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Familiarity with accounting software and MS Excel

  • Good command of both English and Dutch, spoken and written

  • A service-oriented mindset and eagerness to learn

  • Experience with Odoo is appreciated
