
Job description
As a Compliance Officer, you are responsible for safeguarding and improving the quality and reliability of products, processes, and systems across the organization. You play a key role in developing and enforcing quality policies, conducting audits, and initiating improvement projects in collaboration with various teams.
Key Responsibilities & Tasks
Develops policies, procedures and methods to evaluate and improve the quality of products, materials, components and/or operations
Monitor and improve the reliability of new product development processes and testing processes to ensure quality
Develops, assures and maintains the quality of products and processes, including standard procedures (e.g., ISO 9001:2000, ISO 14000 family of standards), quality audits/review, Taguchi methods, process reengineering, etc.
Actively participating in meetings with development and other teams
Organizing process and product audits
Processing information in the quality management system
Preparing quality management reports
Training employees
Conducting periodic audits of company procedures and processes

Job requirements
Your Profile
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Law, Public Administration, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in compliance, audit, or regulatory oversight—preferably in a regulated industry (e.g., finance, healthcare, energy).
Experience in managing relationships with regulatory bodies (e.g., financial supervisory authorities, data protection agencies).
Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, financial regulations, or sector-specific compliance frameworks.
Excellent analytical and communication skills; able to deliver complex information in a clear and structured way.
High level of integrity, independence, and sound judgment.
